ICIB Brokerweb Limited is governed by and adheres to the IBANZ Code of Professional conduct and comply with the requirements of the Insurance Intermediaries Act 1994.

• We have the facility for you to pay for your insurances by credit card.  If you choose this option, a surcharge of 1.99% will apply.  We do not benefit from this fee, it is passed directly to the credit card merchant. Once the payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation receipt of your payment will be sent via email to you. 
• The payment facility allows only New Zealand dollars.
• Refund Policy – If you consider your payment was made in error, please contact us within 2 working days to discuss a refund.  Our customer service contact details are as follows:

• ICIB Brokerweb Limited complies with the Privacy Act 1993.  We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We only use the information you provide to assist us in meeting your insurance needs and share required information with your insurer.  We do not trade, rent or sell your information.   We do not store or share credit card information.  Please see our Privacy Statement for further details.
